Bright Beehive was set up in May 2009 by Nick O'Doherty and Cormac Heron. Together Nick and Cormac have over 35 years of technical, change management and leadership skills, and have held a number of management roles most recently in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
Our purpose in setting up Bright Beehive was to provide help and guidance to businesses who feel Social Media might have something to offer their organisation but are not sure where to start. Our approach is not technology driven. We do not jump into products and solutions. Our generic advice would be, once you understand what Social Media might offer, think about what you want to achieve. What problem are you trying to solve or what opportunity do you want to capitalise upon. What benefits will ensue if you are successful. What businesses changes will lead to these benefits, and finally what Social Media tools should be employed.
